As I respectfully thanked her, she began to name herself.

She agilely swing her huge spear, and sent those men packing. I thought, “This is it for me!” But then, a black-haired beauty appeared before me. “What the Hell?!” But my amazement didn’t last long before I was surrounded by a group of men armed with glistening weapons! “Leave your clothes if you value your life,” What era is that line from?! I tried to resist them, but they started spouting gibberish before swinging their weapons at me. The Verdict: - As brain-meltingly idiotic as I expected.Kan’u, Chouhi, Shokatsuryou, Chouun, Bachou, and even Kouchuu! Kazuto has fallen into a parallel world based on the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, where all of the generals are beautiful girls, and an exciting romantic comedy awaits! There will be hardships, but there will be touching moments as well! Time travel? Are you kidding me? I eagerly rushed out of my dorm to try and catch a burglar who snuck into my school but next thing I knew, I was lying in a vast, open prairie. One thing that puts this show way over the top is the sheer size of the cast - the parade of girls at the end of this show counts in the DOZENS, seriously! They have the Japanese idol supergroup AKB48 beat by a mile (er, kilometer). All sorts of ridiculous scenarios that become even more ridiculous as the show goes on petty, jealous grudges that eventually lead to everyone running around topless. To be sure, they don't beat around the bush with this show - it is nothing more than stooopid-humor fan-service, and doesn't have illusions of being anything greater than that. In other words, one shade less awful, but still near the bottom of the barrel. So, was this special equally as mind-bendingly bad? Well.I would consider Otome Tairan to be very, very, very bad, while this special is just very, very bad. My Thoughts: Way back in April, I reviewed the first episode of Shin Koihime Musou: Otome Tairan, which is the third season of the fleshy franchise - and quickly determined it was the Worst Show of the Spring 2010 Season. A couple of girls who want to spoil the party steal the natives' idol, angering their god, which grows into a giant octopus that snatches away everyone's bikini tops until it is calmed down. Upon arriving, some girls have a good time on the beach, others try to research the mysterious cat-girl natives.

Shin Koihime Musou is the second season, and this special apparently follows the end of that series after a big battle, when all the girls decide to take a cruise vacation to a remote tropical island.

What this is about: I made the promise that I would review every new subtitled anime show (excluding blatant yaoi and/or porn) released during the Spring, Summer and Fall 2010 seasons, so now I am going back to review a handful of shows that I missed over the past few months for one reason or another.
